Our certified free range, full blood pork is a rare Berkshire breed free to roam the paddocks 24/7, just like our free range chicken. The pork is ethically grown and very well looked after with no hormones or antibiotics and is GMO free. The animals are never kept in cages, stalls or crates and can literally roam free in the Greta Valley on one of the finest and cleanest farms in Australia.

Our home made sauces are made right here to our own recipe. We simmer and slow cook all the ingredients to create that beautiful, smooth and rich flavour that is the finishing touch to our burgers. From our homemade bbq sauces, tomato sauces and salsas, right through to our chutneys and sweet chillies…nothing tastes quite like a delicious home-made sauce.
